Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Half Magic products, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original box if possible, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
